This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! We had only checked in for one night to celebrate a birthday. Slightly different than expected from the photo of the house, the house is located in the village and on the left and right are more houses. Behind the house is the old farm, with chickens , rabbit goats and a pretty aviary. In the summer you can also stay in the garden and eat outside at tables with benches. For an outdoor coffee, the weather was just as good. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Petra is a very nice hostess. Arrival and departure were handled very accommodating, even the day before us was blocked to allow an earlier arrival. There was even a delicious birthday cake from Petra. There were also tips for things to do. The Heiligengrabe monastery is very worthwhile. Wittstock is also worth a visit. However, we could not explore much more in the short time. It was a very nice short stay.

We rented three houses from Hubert's estate and everything was absolutely fantastic! It's a perfect place for children – safe, spacious, and surrounded by nature. All the houses were clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for families or large groups. We would definitely love to come back!

A perfect spot for exploring Berlin! With a bus right out front, we could get everywhere super easily. The condo was spacious and airy; lovely spot to spend the mornings and evenings before and after roaming the streets of Berlin. We also enjoyed nearby spots we uncovered - a farmer’s market, the KaDeWe Food Court, great Vietnamese food, an outdoor bar area, the zoo….you name it. Everything was nearby. Truly enjoyed our stay and exploring nearby and far away! Berlin was great, as was this lovely spot to stay.
