There is a TV, fridge, sofa, bathroom, and electric kettle. Outside the house, there is a drinking water dispenser and a garbage collection area in the common area. There is a 24-hour laundromat directly opposite the building. The building is 100 meters away, and there is a PX Mart supermarket. Staying for several days with convenient amenities. 恆春鎮中心山景的4~6人包層公寓，Dawning Apartment 拂曉樓

拂曉樓位在一棟6樓的電梯華廈公寓裡，靠近恆春老街，旁有購物中心與市集，停車方便。公寓鄰近省道上的星巴克與麥當勞，無論是去墾丁大街或是滿州佳樂水，南北往來非常便利。公寓前後有大陽台空間明亮寬敞，客廳面對恆春關山(西)有一大落地窗與開放的戶外小陽台，可看落日。廚房與餐廳面對赤牛嶺(東)有一大室內陽台(洗衣間與曬衣間)，內有一間套房(含衛浴)、兩間雅房、一間共用衛浴、以及完備的廚房餐廳設備。公寓位在六樓高的電梯華厦，公寓內提供電視、空調與wifi，另外也提供洗衣機，適合長租的旅客，整體舒適的綠化空間，提供慵懶的渡假所在。
