Fuxiao Building is located in a 6th floor elevator apartment, close to Hengchun Old Street, next to a shopping mall and market, and easy to park. The apartment is close to Starbucks and McDonald's on the provincial highway, and it is very convenient to travel north and south, whether you are going to Kenting Street or Manchuria Jialesui. The apartment has a large balcony in front and back, bright and spacious, the living room faces Hengchun Guanshan (west) with a large floor-to-ceiling window and an open outdoor balcony, where you can watch the sunset. The kitchen and dining room face Chiniu Mountain (East) and have a large indoor balcony (laundry and drying room), an ensuite (with bathroom), two elegant rooms, a shared bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the elevator building, with TV, air conditioning, and WiFi, as well as a washing machine, suitable for long-term rentals, with a comfortable green space for a lazy holiday.

R10 the Place, bunk bed, private bathroom

The smallest room in my house. 4.5 ping (15 sqm), homemade wooden bed, 105cm wide. No visitors are allowed in the room. Children under 12 are not allowed, and those over 12 are charged as adults. The third person's bay window sofa will be added to the bed (sofa length 180cm), the system automatically charges NT$400 per night. See the photo album for details. Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, towels, and filter kettle are provided. Combs, razors, plastic bottles of water are not provided. I hope you bring your own dental supplies. There is a 24-hour coin laundry right across the building. Double bed (150cm wide). There is a bathroom inside. The area is about 7 ping (24 square meters). For more information, please see the photo album. The 3rd person will be charged an additional NT$600 per night for a sofa bed 90cm wide. (2 people sleeping in 2 beds will be charged an additional $600, or please choose my R07 room with two small beds). 1. 5 minutes walk to the traditional vegetable market (morning market) and Zhongshan Night Market. 2. 5-6 mins walk to Da Dong MRT station and Dadao Cultural Center. 3. McDonald's, 7-11, Family Mart, and Pan Pacific Center are nearby, making life super convenient. 4. The post office is at the entrance of the alley and there are other banks nearby 5. Fengshan Transfer Station, take the Qifu bus to the Buddha Memorial Hall and the Old Railway Bridge, free major attractions, you can play all day, it is worth going to see. 6. Ride Ubike for about 10 minutes to get to the large youth night market, open except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 7. Take the subway for three stops to reach Weiwuying, where there are often large-scale events such as markets, outdoor performances, concerts, etc., which are very worth visiting.
