Composed of an open living room overlooking a 12 m2 covered outdoor terrace with electric plancha, overlooking a nice outdoor deck, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. Parking assigned within the residence. Pets not allowed. Linens and towels are not provided.

Duplex detached villa in the Basque-French style in development with community pool. Access from the gated and private parking lot. Living/kitchen, with TV and sofa bed, and terrace of 30 meters (south orientation) to sunbathe and enjoy a good barbecue with family!. Also board games and movies. Meanwhile, on the top floor, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a loft, with a double bed. Also the full bathroom with a bathtub.
