There is a large terrace with barbecue area as well as a freestanding wood-fired sauna with relaxation area. In the cottage there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), living room with fireplace and dining area. Next to the cottage, there is a sleeping cabin with 2 bunk beds that are included if you pay for more than 4 guests.

During the winter months, you have a ski-in/ski-out location to Hemavan's Gondola Lift, which is also close to ski rental, the restaurant Solkatten and the children's slope.

The cottage is located by Lake Överuman, 20 km north of Hemavan, with good fishing both winter and summer. Several hiking trails take you up the mountains with good fishing in the mountain streams. Hemavan's ski area is 20 km away. The mountain cabin has three bedrooms, two toilets, a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a stove, sauna, drying cabinet and double engine heaters.
