Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Helsinki

We organized a friend's bachelor party at Villa Björkbacken. We got really good instructions and information about Villa at an early stage. Everything went smoothly and we were really happy. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

We had a great stay at the house for three weeks and really appreciated our host Juha arranging extra bikes for us so we could easily commute to work each day. The house was spacious and the sauna and nice outdoor space made for a relaxed stay.

Susanna answered our questions quickly and kindly and presented the accommodation in an interesting and clear way. The house is very neat, spacious and personally decorated. The environment was peaceful and beautiful, and there was plenty to explore in the yard. The space was suitably private and was perfect for a quiet bachelor party for a small group. Thank you!

Nice appartement with kitchen, garden & sauna (1 usage included). We liked to sit outside in the evening and we enjoyed the sauna with wood fire a lot. Wifi worked fine. The hosts reacted fast and helpful to questions.

Everything was fine, especially the hot tub in the dark and cold evening was really good.

Functional apartment for one or more people. It had everything you needed.

Maria reached out soon after we arrived to ensure our stay was going well and to see if we had questions or needed anything. In earlier communications, she left wonderful recommendations regarding restaurants, cultural experiences and places to see close to our stay. We tried some of the restaurants and one of the day trips and found all to be great suggestions. The apartment was just as described. We felt safe with the locked entrances and secure surroundings. Loved the neighborhood and the location in the city. Many places on our list to visit were easily within walking distance. Overall, definitely a good experience!

Perfect stay for group of 5 for the weekend. Smooth check in & out, large space and great views - easy walk to and from main train station to get to airport. Would recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mejas' apartment very much. The kitchen is fully equipped, preparing breakfast and cooking dinner was good and easy. The dining table was big enough for us four people. The two sleeping rooms provided enough storage space, the mattresses are very soft though. The apartment has one big bathroom with two showers and a small toilet bathroom. Meja provided enough towels for all of us. The living room is big and bright and provides a lot of options to sit or lay down. All in all the apartment was super clean and Meja was a great host. Close to the apartment there are plenty of public transport options and a 24/7 supermarket is around the corner. We would stay at her apartment again.

An upscale, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated home. It was a pleasure spending the weekend here!

Ann-Sofie's house is really pleasant, very homely and a bit' special with all the old things, the silversmith work table and pictures of his craft on the walls. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, we found just everything we needed. There is a bathroom and toilet on the upper floor and another toilet on the ground floor, really practical when you are several people. The sauna outside in the courtyard building is really good with a hefty washing room. The bedroom is big and the beds comfortable but note that only one bed is double. The location is absolutely great for visiting Billnäs Bruk, about a 10-minute walk, and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant. I can recommend !

I was speechless when I came to Arto's home (bed and breakfast), and I still saw a couple of nights and after getting home. I can't think of a single flaw and the visit exceeded all expectations. The home was incredibly beautiful, tidy, clean, full of aesthetics and absolutely everything you need to relax, a particularly good whole home-wide sound system, air-conditioned bedroom, commodities (lovely breakfast; included quality and essential needs for our own tastes, and for example, towel and “forgetful”needs were overlooked), from the breakfast room, morning slippers and bathrobes to birthday reminders, and lighting up to a pre-loaded sauna nest. I've been skeptical of staying in an inhabited house until now, at least I'm not at this house anymore. Arto was immensely friendly, clearly wanted guests to enjoy themselves, and the same feedback in its entirety to also sign two people who stayed with me separately.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Antti's house. The location on a peninsula on the lake was spectacular - lake views on both sides of the house. The house itself was lovely - very clean, comfortable well equipped and tastefully decorated. Even better than the photos. We really appreciated all the outdoor games and played a lot of croquet and Frisbee golf - Antti even bought a football so the kids could play, they were thrilled. Antti was a fantastic host - so helpful and kind and gave us a tour when we arrived. The real stand out though was the lake. Majestic was the word my husband used to describe the view. So beautiful and we were watching it and in it every day swimming and on the paddleboards/ in the row boat. The sauna with lake views was great too. We hope to be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying in this home. It was very spacious and ideal for our large group, with a well-stocked kitchen and everything else needed for a very comfortable stay. The owner was also terrific -- very prompt at all times getting back to us and very understanding and accommodating when we had a special request. I highly recommend it!
