Welcome to our architect-designed dream house of 110 sqm. The house is divided into three bedrooms, an orangery, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room in the loft. From the loft, you can also access the roof terrace, which has a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The glazed orangery is the link between the living room and the bedroom area. Here you can sit and watch the stars or light a fire in the stove. The bathroom has a sunken bathtub in limestone. Bungenäs is a unique area free of cars, parking 800 meters from the house.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and in the guest house, there are two single beds. The main house has a partially glazed veranda that keeps the heat well during late summer evenings. Only fifty meters from the sea is this charming little house that has been lovingly renovated last year. Downstairs, kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa and bathroom with washing machine. Kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed or two single beds. The garden has several patios. The convivial fishing community Lickershamn is a vibrant boat harbor with restaurant, kiosk, bangolf, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Virgin, the island's highest rauk.

Welcome to beautiful Valleviken. Here you live in the middle of the village with a Bullerby feeling and have walking distance to swimming, restaurant and marina. The beach is shallow and if you want to swim in deep water, you can swim in the harbor. In the area, there are nice hiking and biking trails with beautiful nature and rich bird life. Valleviken is about 50 km from Visby. In Fårösund (14 km) there is food and a ferry to Fårö.
