Situated close to the Nantes Brest Canal, perfect for cycling, walking and fishing we are close to Medieval towns of character including Josselin (15 minutes), Malestroit (15 minutes) and Vannes (30 minutes) . The beautiful Lac Au Duc in Ploërmel for water sports is only 15 minutes and the coast only 40 minutes. A perfect place for your break away from it all.

Uncle Edmond's gîte has been renovated with self-construction with great care given to the materials. The accommodation is located about 2 km from the center of Ploermel with all shops, 5 min walk from the lake to the duke and 15 min drive from the forest of Brocéliande.

The studio is very bright and well soundproofed; ideally located sinceit is in the very center of the city. It is nestled on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an old building renovated in 2023 and consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen; a corner with a sofa bed to convert as you like and TV. Exit the car, bars, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, everything is on foot. Bed linen, tea towels and toilet paper are provided. Towels are not included.
