The house is located in a building with a total of 6 holiday apartments, and is 2 km from Hejls, where there are shopping opportunities in the local supermarket as well as pizza place. Only 19 km to Kolding. Legoland in Billund takes 55 minutes by car.

Close to nature, the beach and the shame bank. With only 10 min drive to Kolding city center. Easy to and from the highway, about 10 km. Possibility to experience Kolding and the beautiful nature with walking and hiking around Skamlingsbanken. A trip to Hejlsminde is also recommended. Good bike paths right outside the door, which goes all the way to Kolding.

Ugenert location on the south facing slope with large closed wooden terrace, own beach and bridge. Opportunity for fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.
