The city center is only 1500 meters away, the train station is 1600 meters away and the highway entrance is 3 minutes away. Dogs are welcome guests. In about 100 meters, the green corridor with beautiful walking paths begins. Also great for cyclists and joggers. Without breakfast!

This unique accommodation is part of an old farmhouse, located on the outskirts of Maastricht. You will stay in the middle of nature just 15 minutes by bike from the center of Maastricht. The apartment, which is set up as a loft, is beautifully designed and finished with beautiful and durable materials. You can use the lovely natural swimming pool that is available in summer and winter, located in the large (shared) garden. The hustle and bustle nearby and the peace and nature immediately available :)

The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy some tourist attractions, such as the day beach "De Steenberg", marina "De Spaanjerd", the Bastion and the Maasplassen. The white town of Thorn or Maaseik are also worth a visit.

This townhouse is part of the living area of our farm (dairy farm), and is located on a cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath). This gives you unobstructed views of the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.
