It has 2 bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, spacious outdoor terrace, lawn and parking on the private plot. There is also a Smart TV and Wi-Fi available. Sunclass Sonnevijver is located on the outskirts of the nature reserve "Vallei van de Ziepbeek", 10 minutes from Maastricht.

This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

We rent our vacation home in Stevensweert. It is located directly near the harbor within two minutes walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing holiday on the water or for a weekend trip. Also for those who have their own boat and are looking for a cozy place to stay. The house is newly renovated and furnished with attention to the details. The haus is completely fenced!
