We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

Spacious place, nice for families or large group, beautiful garden, tha location meet our expectations and what we need, but need more deep cleaning and more lighting the home otherwise our stay was fantastic.

The house is very quiet and the garden is beautiful. The house was very clean. The location close to the Danube is perfect for walks with or without a dog. The restaurant around the corner is very good, with a garden in summer. Schara was very friendly and always available.

We were allowed to stay at Anna's place for a week. The place is exactly as it is described. Anna was always available for us. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and we lacked nothing. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace without a view is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only a 5-minute drive. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

Will come again any time. Angelika is completely straightforward and super friendly. The cottage is cozy and very nicely located.

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

We were absolutely delighted! Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. A beautiful, clean Airbnb with great views of all of Vienna!

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

Sylvia was so responsive from the initial booking through our entire stay. She was wonderful to work with and made sure we really felt at home. The location and the accommodation was so impressive and so excellent for the price. The pool and the area really made this stand out. This is a host and location that you want to stay with and at!

We had four wonderful days in Gioia's apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, very nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The highlight is the great roof terrace.❤️ Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and the stop right outside the door is perfect, so you can easily get to the city center. The location of the house was great because it was very close to public transport. It was easy to shop because there were several supermarkets nearby. The neighborhood was extremely safe. It was also great that the entrances and exits to the house were encrypted. The house was clean and all daily needs were met. Every question we asked Linda was answered immediately. It was the right choice for living in Vienna.

Robert's place offered everything we needed for our stay in Vienna! The 44 team station is right in front of the building and it's surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants. The accommodation is cozy and nice. Highly recommend!

Wolfgang's apartment is amazing, exactly like the pictures. It was extremely clean, the check-in was super easy and it is close to tram stations that take you easily to the center. There is a supermarket really close as well. Wolfgang was very kind and responsive all the time. I definitely recommend it!

The best apartment I’ve stayed in,Guido is always easy to communicate and with fast reply. If you plan to cook, it is a good option as well, there are many supermarkets, you just need to walk by a few minutes. Apartment with excellent design, Guido offered all kinds of daily necessities. It will be my top choice as long as I will be Vienna again.
