Condo vacation rentals in Heiligenstadt, Döbling

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und ist groß genug für drei Personen, wenn jemand auf dem Schlafsessel schläft. Vor allem die Küche hat uns überzeugt. Mit dem ÖPNV haben wir immer circa 30 Minuten an unsere Ziele (Innere Stadt, Museumsquartier, Donauinsel etc.) gebraucht. Walter hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und war flexibel beim Check-Out. Wir würden die Wohnung auch für drei Personen weiterempfehlen!

The perfect place to stay in Vienna! The interior was cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The host, Tarkan, was always ready to help and gave very clear instructions to find the apartment. There is a beautiful park nearby and a metro stop into the town centre only 3-4 minutes away. We had an amazing time and will definitely be staying here again if we return to Vienna!

Un appartement pratique et bien localisé, proche de la gare. L'Université KPH est bien desservie par le tram, ainsi que le centre ville de Vienne. Une semaine pour deux étudiants a été parfaite Natalyia est attentionnée et reste à l'écoute, en continu.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie aus den Bildern und ist gut ausgestattet. Abgerundet wird das Gesamtpaket von den Gastgebern, die nett freundlich und schnell kommunizieren. Außerdem haben sie durch kleine Annehmlichkeiten (wie zb Schirme, Badeschlappen, viele Handtücher, Ladekabel) mehr als nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit geschaffen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Unser 3-tägiger Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten sogar 2 Stunden früher in die Wohnung und mussten somit nicht viel Zeit totschlagen. Sasa hat sehr schnell geantwortet, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und stellte alles zur Verfügung, was man bei einem Srädtetrip gebrauchen kann. Die Anbindung war auch super, die Straßenbahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und eine Buslinie hält direkt an der Straße. Außerdem gibt es einige Restaurants und Supermärkte in der näheren Umgebung. Wir würden uns definitiv wieder für die Wohnung entscheiden, sollten wir erneut nach Wien kommen. El apartamento está genial. Franz nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y estuvo pendiente de nuestro bienestar en todo momento. El piso es tal y como se muestran en las fotos. Muy calentito para los gélidos días de invierno de Viena. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Edit & Dieter were perfect hosts and we had the pleasure of meeting their daughter Barbara who welcomed us at the flat. Barbara showed us around the apartment and gave us some great tips on where to eat and also told us about places of interest nearby. The apartment is in a great location. Excellent public transport nearby but also within walking distance to the centre. The apart ent was comfortable and felt like a home from home. We could really relax there. There is a local shop just around the corner for provisions. However, what made our stay so special was the correspondence with Edit & Dieter. They were so kind, considerate & helpful. As it was our first experience staying in an Airbnb, they put our minds completely at ease. They even booked our taxi to & from the airport. It made life so easy. I could not recommend Edit & Dieter (and Barbara) highly enough. Everything was perfect. Thank you for making our experience in Vienna so enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Although we were only there for a couple of nights, it had everything we needed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the included parking garage space. Also, Thomas was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply, which made everything even easier. If I had to mention a "downside", it would be that the apartment has a lot of windows and the blinds don’t block out all the sunlight, so be prepared to wake up with the sun. Still, that’s a small trade-off. If I return to Vienna, I’ll absolutely try to book this apartment again. It’s a solid 5/5 for me!

The place was really nice and well kept and in a great location for the tram’s would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Vienna.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We arrived a bit earlier than planned, and Filip was very kind to allow us to check in early. The apartment is in a great location — quiet, yet within walking distance of livelier areas with a good choice of food options. We had no issues finding nearby parking over the weekend. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Filip was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Sebastian og Januska er de rareste og mest hjælpsomme værter. De svarer hurtigt, er meget imødekommende, og generelt bare fantastiske. Vi giver dem vores absolut bedste anbefalinger!

Everything was as described. Lots of space and everything in a great condition. Very near all the tourist places but calm neighbourhood.

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

Dieter ist wahrlich ein Superhost! Ich habe mich in seiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Anfang an hat alles gepasst. Ich durfte sogar früher einchecken. Dieter und Gabi sind beide supernett, wir hatten einen lieben Plausch am Anfang. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Und alles funktioniert bestens. Die Matratze ist bequem (nicht selbstverständlich!). Besonders der begehbare Kasten ist ein Plus. Am allerbesten hat mir die Fürsorge und das Vorausdenken, was der Gast brauchen und schätzen könnte, gefallen. Es sind die liebevollen Details wie Wanderkarten, Buntstifte, Erste Hilfe Kit, alle möglichen Teesorten etc, Kochgeschirr - kurz: viel mehr als die übliche spartanische Ausstattung mancher Airbnbs. Ich würde sofort wieder in Dieters Wohnung bleiben. Mein Aufenthalt dort war ausnehmend schön.

Marion konaklamamız öncesinde tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Bizi sıcak karşıladı ve evle ilgili tüm detayları anlattı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi tertemiz ve rahattı. Ufak hediyeler de bırakılmıştı. Ayrıca çevredeki restoranlarla ilgili kendi önerilerini de paylaştı. Her şey çok güzeldi, Viyana’ya tekrar gelirsem bir daha konaklamak isterim.

After a few small places that I have stayed, this was a nice change as Thomas’ place had room to stretch out. Comprising a ground level lounge and kitchen and upstairs bedrooms and shower. The shower was excellent, almost worth the price of admission, hot, great water pressure, the wife was pleased. Thomas is a good communicator which helped on a few occasions, The unit is located on the outer edges of Vienna but I found it no problem just to walk in though there are numerous public transport options. There are also a wide variety of shops and restaurants whether you want to eat out or stay in and cook. This place lives up to its photos, it was an enjoyable stay in a place I could have stayed longer in.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Ne-am simtit minunat! Gazde foarte primitoare, iar locatia este excelenta, fiind la 3-4 minite de gara, iar de acolo in 15 min am ajuns in Viena. Apartamentul are o gradina superba si este aproape de padure. Cel mai mare plus au fost cei doi huski superbi si iubitori. Cu siguranta as reveni!☺️

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Pool ist einzigartig und leicht zu erreichen im 31.Stockwerk. Grandiose Aussicht. Der Supermarkt Billa ist gut bestückt. Die U-Bahn ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und fährt eigentlich permanent. Wir waren 7 Tage vor Ort und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr praktisch gelegenes Appartment, die Wohnung ist in einer sehr schönen Gegend gelegen, Supermarkt, Drogerie und Restaurants liegen direkt um die Ecke. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist auch für Familien groß genug. Die Vermieter waren super nett.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der Unterkunft! Es war alles unkompliziert und es sind 2 sehr süße Hasen im Garten. Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip, die U3 Erdberg ist direkt ums Eck und damit ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wohl und der Pool im 31. Stock ist ein weiteres Highlight.
