Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you want to jump into the sea in the morning, a nice walk will take you to the nearby bathing area in about 10 minutes. Afterwards you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dinner or stroll. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. You rent a modern and recently renovated apartment right on the center of the district Friedrichsort. Nearby there are various shops and restaurants. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the beach where are also the high ropes course "High Spirits", a mini-golf and a barbecue place. Bus stops to go into the city and a ferry to Laboe are also very close.
