Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
