The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The teacher's residence with adjoining former primary school is located with its large garden on the outskirts of the small village of Strüth in the Taunus. A few steps from the front door, hiking trails lead into nature. The Premonstratensian monastery is also worth a visit. In the village itself there is a bakery, a hairdresser and a restaurant, as well as a doctor and a pharmacy. All other shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM, health food store, etc.) are located (about 10 minutes by car) in Nastätten.

From the glass terrace door, the view opens onto the rooftops of the town and the wide valley beyond. The outdoor seating area with Rhine views invites you to enjoy light, air, and landscape. The Loreley open-air theatre is also close by. The apartment has a private entrance and has been recently renovated.

We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.
