Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

Our elevator is located in a family neighborhood and very centrally. It is 150 m to the S-Bahn and 250 m to the tram that takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center. From there you can comfortably stroll into the old town, past many shops, cozy cafes and at the end of the shopping street you can enjoy a view of Heidelberg Castle. You can also quickly reach Mannheim (about 25 min) or Karlsruhe (about 45 min) by S-Bahn. Perfect for a day trip.

The lovingly renovated attic apartment with loggia offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Neckar Valley and the Kraichgau. There is an open plan kitchen, dining, living area and 2 bedrooms. A ladder staircase leads to the converted attic. The turn of the century with sheep pasture and spring lies in front of the walls of the historic festivals of Dilsberg and invites you to relax. The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.
