Quiet and rural area close to Finnskogen, with hiking and biking opportunities right outside the door. During the winter season it's easy to find nearby ski slopes. Convenience store only 5 minutes by car. The house is self-built by the owners who now live on the smallholding :) The micro-house is well equipped and comfortable, with electricity and water, kitchen, bathroom, living room and loft bed. A convenient and cozy place for a quiet stay in nature.

Italian pizza place 5 minutes away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the bus that corresponds with the boat to Oslo, Aker Brygge. With the walk, the trip to the city takes about 50 minutes.

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling grain field – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside there is a bedroom and an open living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.
