Enjoy with the family or the workers of this fabulous accommodation that offers good times in perspective. Spacious, clear, and independent, you will be at home. Three bedrooms are available: one with a 160/200 cm bed, one with a 140/190 cm bed, and a children's bedroom with a 90 cm bed plus a changing table and a folding crib. 2 bathrooms. An equipped kitchen area (dishwasher and washing machine). Enclosed and well enclosed outdoor area, free parking. Dog and cat accepted.

The house is located a 5-minute walk from the village, where you have a bakery, bar-tobacconist and a local grocery store. You can enjoy the Ile and Rance canal to discover the site of the 11 locks just 2 km by car.

Our small 60 m2 cottage is conveniently located 30 minutes from Saint Malo, 55 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 25 minutes from Rennes and Dinan. Its location allows you to visit the region while enjoying the calm and nature around the cottage. Departures for many hikes are accessible directly from the cottage on foot or by bike. The Ille-et-Rance Canal and the site of the eleven locks are a 5-minute walk away. Come and recharge your batteries in a green setting.

Quiet studio in the village of Tinténiac

Upstairs studio of 40 m2 furnished with an equipped kitchen area (mini oven, microwave, kettle coffee maker and toaster , living area with sofa bed, bathroom, toilet. In Mezzanine 1 bedroom with double bed. A garden area is available to guests in addition to the small terrace adjoining the studio. This studio is located in the quiet village of Tinténiac and 300 meters from shops, 300 meters from the Ille and Rance Canal. Breakfast extra for €6/pers.

With direct views of the Bazouges-sous-Hédé pond, a Natura 2000 classified ornithological reserve, you can experience a rejuvenating immersion in nature. We will be happy to share our love of this unique place with you.

Old bakery transformed into a harmonious cocoon located near the Rennes – Saint Malo axis and only 20 km from Rennes. Hikes and discoveries immersed in nature near the canal, 11 locks and ponds. This is a completely renovated old farmhouse and composed of two other independent cottages on the same site, washing machine, barbecue and parking are common to the different accommodations.
