The residence features original design details, an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor, rich textures, a cozy fireplace, and a covered outdoor dining area. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and has all the amenities required for a AirBnB Plus home. The house has a king bed in the master bedroom, with a queen bed and full size in the other two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a bath/shower combination. There is also a large closet in the master bath, gas fireplace in the living room and a covered patio in the back yard. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, microwave and coffee maker. The house has a 2 car garage but it is not accessible. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway or in front of the house. We live 2 miles from the property, so we can be available to assist you or answer any questions that you might have about the property or the Rockwall/Dallas area. The property is located in quiet neighborhood with easy access to fabulous restaurants and boutique shopping in downtown Rockwall.
