Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Haymarket

Gorgeous studio perfect for my weekend in Sydney. Had everything plus more that I needed and Michael left great instructions and local guide. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Fantastic location close to public transport and was able to find parking close enough.

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah’s apartment. It’s beautifully designed and we had everything we needed for a three night stay. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and there are some great cafes nearby. Sarah was a responsive and thoughtful host. Excellent experience overall - one of our best on Airbnb

Thomas’s place was central to Sydney city, but enough in the suburbs that it was quiet and peaceful outside. The bnb is the back of a Mosman property, small but has everything you need. The family has two small children so can be a little noisy of an evening but it really isn’t anything to be worried about, nights are quiet . The bed and couches were comfy and breakfast was provided for you. No extra sink/ washing up liquid to wash kitchen things, which was a little odd. But the bathroom one would be suffice if you were staying more than one night. The bedroom has a heater/ac and is spacious enough for two adults. Overall, the place is exactly what I was looking for, for one night.

Dongs airbnb was very well turned out and very comfortable.Great area and within walking distance to trains. We had a few queries prior to arriving and Dong replied rapidly and was most responsive to those queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with this host again Car parking out the front was no hassle so we didn’t have to avail ourselves of the garage off the lane at the back

My stay here far exceeded any expectations, absolutely beautiful home, and great communication with the owner. l definitely recommend staying here, glenn was considerate enough to have milk, juice and some food stuff there. Cheers. Cory

Mira's place is fantastic. It has everything you need and was clean and well organised. It is close to public transport, eateries, groceries and the city. We had a great long weekend there.

Great spot in Potts Point... 10 minutes from Kings Cross station so half an hour from the airport. 15 minute walk to NSW art gallery. Great spot. Loved the Grumpy Bakery & Bar opposite, and the room was very comfortable. No complaints at all. Would stay there again.

The most perfect stay! The accomodation is in a central location, fully stocked and extremely clean. Chris was also super communicative and accomodating. Would highly recommend this place 10/10.

Absolutely worth every penny! The location is unbeatable — close to everything: shops, restaurants, public transport, and local attractions. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would 100% stay here again. Patrick's apartment is a true gem! The exterior and interior design is fun and thoughtful, the space is very livable and has all the amenities we needed, everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved staying in Redfern with plenty of food options and easy access to all public transportation to get around Sydney. Patrick was proactive and responsive with communication. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is my second time staying at Thais’ place for over a month. Both times have been great! The unit is small but works perfectly for a long-term stay. It has everything one would need (dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, washer, dryer, desk, fast wifi, comfortable bed, etc.). The location is also good too (walking / biking distance to CBD, Chinatown, Surry Hills, Redfern, etc.). And Thais and her mother are delightful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Had a great stay at Tairra's place in Surry Hills. The apartment is located just a short walk from Central Station, which means you can get just about anywhere you want to go in Sydney (including the airport!) VERY easily. Kitchen had everything, so it was easy to shop for groceries (there's a Woolworth Metro nearby), but there are lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Haymarket area for Asian, Redfern Street and Foveaux Street have lots of interesting shops and restaurants, and we ended up over on Crown Street more times than I can count. Apartment is a back unit and was very quiet for being in such a bustling area. Would certainly stay here again!

Hannah's apartment is beautiful and conveniently located next to Central Station. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs as it is next to the tracks and a busy area.

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

This little apartment is in a perfect location to walk all things Double Bay. It is neat, tidy & very very comfortable.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

This is an amazing place!!! Wonderful location. We stayed in Miller’s Point for 2 nights at the beginning of our time in Australia but every member of our family preferred this location (family of 5 with adult children, 21, 20, 18). I really loved the ferry stop next to the Australian National Maritime Museum which is directly across the street from the condo building. Very safe surroundings. Beautiful walk across the bridge to restaurants and gelato. The views from the living area and kitchen are spectacular. Great beds, great shower, great air conditioning, great washer/dryer, great everything. Yes, it is as clean and picturesque as the photos on this site.

The location (in CBD) is superb! Apartment is cosy, very clean and nicely done up. Kitchen is well stocked too. Without doubt - we would choose to stay here again if we are in Sydney!
