Broadview Rural Homestead

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great place. Great location if you want to get away but not too far from local towns. It certainly has a broadview, morning sunrises were just wonderful. The new shower/toilet add-on was welcome. Rooms are huge, beds/bedding were all great, we were there late May/early June so it was cold at night, plenty of extra blankets were provided. Might have to come back sometime.

We stayed for two nights in Quorn and had a fantastic experience! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. The location was perfect — everything was within easy walking distance, including the local gin distillery, some great local eateries, and the historic Pichi Richi Railway, which we really enjoyed visiting. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only small challenge we had was that we didn’t know the house number initially, but we were able to match the house to the photo in the Airbnb listing and find it easily without needing to bother our host. Quorn is such a charming town with lots to offer, and this stay made our visit even better. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the Flinders Ranges! Thank you for a great stay!

Gay Hall Homestead, Quorn, Flinders Ranges

LangdonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were some old army mates doing a tour through the mid north and this was the perfect location and was a very comfortable place for us to stay. It's an old farmhouse and its location and solitude made it really appealing for us. It's fairly basic but that's just what we wanted and for us was part of the appeal. We'd definitely go back again.

Loved the stay, views, well equipped kitchen , modern and clean bathrooms, comfy beds, good walks and drives close by. Kellie was very helpful when needed but lots of space to enjoy the homestead without being intrusive! Donkeys and animals nearby made it even more fun . Would highly recommend this stay and experience .
