A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, masser af høns, og frække katte og fra Marts kommer der små lam ude på marken. Cozy little cottage in the middle of green tranquility and wild nature. The garden is filled with butterflies, paths, and a fire pit – plus a trampoline that can accommodate both children and adults (currently packed away). Within walking distance to the beach on both sides of Gniben and only 5 minutes by car to Havnebyen where there are restaurants and Zealand's best fish shop. All in all, a place to settle down. Perfect for a couple or family.

We welcome you to our unique and atmospheric guest house, located in the countryside up to the state forest and close to Isefjord. Here you can spend your vacation as a hiker, cyclist, rider with your own horse, angler, kayaker, etc., as the surrounding nature offers rich opportunities. You are also very welcome to a long stay, where you can immerse yourself in an artistic or similar project in peace and quiet. The house has WiFi.
