Welcome to the Stargazer Chalet! Our countryside home is a super private, secluded 4 bedroom with a loft, 3 bath 2200 sf house that backs to acres of national forest. It offers an over-sized 2 car garage with carport, 6-8 person private hot tub and huge deck to view stars. The chalet is located 5 mi South from Purgatory resort. 4 wheel drive is mandatory in winter months of November - March as the house is up the hill from the highway. Owner managed and located 5 minutes away for any needs.

Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!
