Wir (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) hatten vier wunderschöne Tage in Paris und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können. 🍀 Bei unserer Ankunft war auf der Straße kein Parkplatz frei, aber der Gastgeber ließ uns im Innenhof parken – sehr nett! ⭐️ Das Haus war gemütlich, sauber und erinnerte mich an meine Kindheit – ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. ⭐️ Die Bettwäsche war frisch und bequem – besser als in vielen Hotels. ⭐️ ⚠️ Ein wichtiger Hinweis für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: Eine Treppe im Haus ist nicht gesichert – man muss aufpassen. Im Hof kann man sogar grillen – sehr angenehm! ☑️ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die RER-Station ist in der Nähe – ideal, um das Zentrum zu erreichen. ⭐️ Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. ⭐️ Noch ein Hinweis: Es gibt eine liebe Katze 🐈, die frei ins Haus rein- und rausgeht. 3 Californians ladies stayed at Stephanie and Xuan’ home. We loved the privacy of their house with windows looking over a secret garden, well watered by the custodian. I woke up with the sound of the birds singing. I appreciated that the house has a soul, especially with the choice of fine ancient crockery. It reminded me of the house of my French grandmother. It’s easy to walk to the heart of Paris following the Rue Saint-Jacques. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. Above all else, Stephanie is the queen of communication. I will come back to the house of Stephanie and Xuan for my next visit to Paris.

Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

We hebben met onze twee kinderen van 12 en 14 hier 5 nachten geslapen. Het was een prima plek om snel in Parijs te zijn. De kinderen hadden elk hun eigen slaapkamer wat heel fijn was. Melanie was een fijne host met altijd een snelle reactie en goede aanwijzingen. Wij bevelen haar huis van harte aan aan iedereen die een betaalbare plek zoekt om Parijs te bezoeken

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

Logement très agréable, le calme du quartier est ressourçant et le jardin propice au repos. Nous avons profondément apprécié ce séjour, d’autant plus grâce à la fraîcheur des lieux face aux fortes températures. Patrice est toujours disponible et de très bons conseils. Il ne fait pas de doute, que si l’occasion se présente, nous reviendrons séjourner ici. Encore merci.

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Airbnb très agréable, avec une petite cour intérieur (partagée avec les propriétaires) très sympa. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Casa carina , stile moderno e PULITA . Corrispondeva alle foto. L'host sempre disponibile e gentile. Quartiere consigliato perché silenzioso la sera. Metropolitana a 2 passi!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entre copines, la maison est grande, avec différents espaces, dont le jardin et la terrasse à l'arrière très agréables quand il fait beau. Logement idéalement situé proche des transports et commerces. Albane a été très agréable, nous a donné des conseils, et la communication était facile. Tout s'est très bien passé.

Un séjour familial très agréable dans l'exceptionnelle maison d'alexandra ! La maison est très agréable, adaptée pour 6 dont 2 couples. Chacun son espace privatif et un grand espace commun pour se retrouver, c'est top ! L'accès à Paris est très aisé et peu coûteux. Je recommande vivement le logement d'Alexandra.

Guillaume est gentil est arrangeant , le logement est à la hauteur de mes attentes et celles de ma famille, facile d’accès, mes enfants sont contents et comptent revenir, le quartier est calme pas très loin du RER, pas loin des commerces, le logement était propre, j’ai apprécié le parking privé et le jardin .

Julien is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met—always responsive and helpful. She provided clear check-in instructions before our arrival and answered our questions quickly during our stay. She even prepared a gift for us, which made us feel surprised and very welcome. If you’re planning to visit Paris, don’t miss the chance to stay at Julien’s place. If you enjoy shopping, the shops surrounding her home will be more than enough to satisfy you.

La « petite maison » de Claire située dans un quartier avec toutes les commodités, est au calme, très propre et au milieu d’une cour fleurie. Claire mérite son qualificatif de « Superhôte », elle est gentille, serviable, souriante et fait toujours preuve d’une attention bienveillante. Je recommande vivement.

Очень понравилось! В реальности даже интереснее, чем на фотографиях. Чисто, ухоженно, все удобно. В комнатах много разных журналов и книг по Франции, интересно полистать. Тихий внутренний двор, где можно вечером попить вина. Хозяева никак не мешали, хотя и жили на втором этаже - пересеклись за несколько дней несколько раз всего. Можно бы придраться, что вторая ванная комната тесная, но их вообще-то две, поэтому совсем не проблема. Месторасположение тоже понравилось. Около метро есть кафе Le Café Chineur с очень хорошим завтраком за 13 евро, рекомендую, в итоге завтракали только там, не было смысла искать лучше и дешевле. Тут же недалеко (если идти от метро в сторону супермаркета Ашан) есть бар Plaisance, здесь пиво по 4 евро за кружку, что по Парижским меркам почти бесплатно.

Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. La casa está a las afueras de París, en un entorno muy tranquilo y bonito, pero con buena conexión en transporte público para llegar al centro. El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario y la anfitriona, Biba, fue muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Nos encantó que nos dejara bicicletas, ¡fue ideal para pasear con mis hermanos! Recomiendo totalmente este lugar. Cómodo, bien equipado y perfecto para una experiencia diferente en París.

Gwenola was a great host who was extremely knowledgeable and responsive too. Everything was explained to us and instructions (for garbage etc) were also typed out for easy reference.

Le séjour à Bagneux s’est très bien passé. Centre à proximité avec commerces du quotidien accessibles à pied. Cedric et sa compagne ont été flexibles et nous ont présenté la maison à notre arrivée. Le logement était propre et très agréable. Parfait pour une excursion paisible de quelques jours en banlieue parisienne. Merci encore.

L'équipe DML-LMP un staff au top, de la réservation à l'accueil pour la remise des clés. Thibaud nous a très très bien reçu, flexible et à l'écoute car nous avons été surpris par les bouchons. La maison à rempli toutes nos attentes, spacieuse, chaleureuse, conviviale avec une grande table de réception. La véranda à ravi les enfants et les parents avec son baby-foot, donc les téléphones, écrans au placard un vrai moment de partage et de convivialité. La cuisine est dotée d'équipements de qualité, aussi bien d'ustensiles et d'appareils électroménagers. Le séjour très agréable avec son canapé spacieux. Les chambres cosy et avec une literie de qualité et très propres. Les lieux sont totalement conformes aux photos du site. Toute la famille était ravie et nous vous la recommandons. El lugar está a 15m caminando al tren, desde ahí puedes llegar a Disney o al Arco del triunfo o transbordo al metro para la torre eiffel y otros lugares. El sitio está limpio, es ampio y bonito.

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

Hôte super sympa, toujours prêt à aider et à répondre à toutes nos questions. Logement conforme à la description. Rien à dire, je recommande le logement.

Pauline was friendly and super helpful with local recommendations. The garden was lovely and calm and a nice place to spend time. The house is well finished and has lots of nice separate spaces to hang out. There are lots of stairs so that’s noting and only one shower which could be a problem for some groups of 4 adults. Overall wonderful place and would definitely recommend. It was a brilliant place to have a base for Rolland Garros!
