Great place! Residential area. Felt very safe. Easy to get around. Really cool place. Good location and easy to walk everywhere we wanted to.

We loved our stay here! It’s exactly as pictured, the amenities were fabulous, and the host was always available to help. The patio is such a treasure in Paris. We can’t wait to stay here again :)

We loved the quiet convenience of staying at Art’s lovely home, while visiting Versailles. The comfortable furnishings were inviting after a day of sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

This neighborhood was very safe and clean. The stay was wonderful. The amenities were great. Nice pool and gym. Would consider staying again on my next trip.

Our group consisted of two families with teens and we had plenty of room to spread out here. It’s in a great location, quiet and always felt safe walking even at night. Very close to metro/train, grocery store, and bakeries/restaurants. The kids made use of the board games provided. The washer/dryer came in handy too. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Paris with a large group.

Perfect for a week visiting family in the region. Private, quiet and very comfortable; it is also close to the metro and has all the amenities one would hope for. Highly recommend it!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

So, so good! Ana was extremely responsive and kind. Was a bit lost coming into the country but her instructions were my saving grace. Can’t wait to stay another time. The ambiance, visit, decoration. Incredible

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

J'ai passé trois semaines dans l'appartement de Laurence pour des raisons professionnelles. Il est très calme, bien décoré, agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Située à proximité des bords de Marne et du vieux Saint-Maur, il bénéficie d'un bel environnement. Il permet aussi de se rendre facilement et rapidement au centre de Paris. Laurence a été une hôte très reactive et attentionnée.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Logement propre, bien équipé avec emplacement parking privé, c est un avantage. Bonne communication avec Astrid. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very quite location, nice garden, spacious house, great host :)

The whole family was delighted with the house, which was even nicer than expected. Each room was spacious and beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, darts, and billiards, which was a great way to relax and spend time at home without having to go out. The view of the Eiffel Tower with the sunrise is fantastic. Thanks also to Hadi for immediately responding to our concerns. We would love to come back to Paris to visit this house again.

This was a great quiet location after touring around Paris. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. It was walkable to the metro in about 20 minutes or you could take a bus with a shorter walk. It was a nice quiet street with beautiful windows around the house. We all enjoyed the stay, especially the kiddos with all the toys around for them to play with. The backyard would have been great in warmer weather as well.

Tijdens ons verblijf hebben ontzettend genoten van het mooie huis. We zijn heel tevreden met het ontvangst en hebben een mooie rondleiding gekregen. Het is prachtig, de communicatie met Guillaume was goed. Ik raad de accommodatie iedereen aan!
