Renovated mini house all new appliances with a private terrace. Our gite is situated in the foot of La Mongie, Pic du Midi and Grand Tourmalet. We are very close to Lac Payolle And Col d'aspin. We are within the national park surrounded by a woodland area with L'adour river coming through our three hectares of land. We also have friendly dogs and cats ***please note the bed area is a separate area but is open plan onto the living area *****

Our apartment, ideal for a family of 4, is above a garage in a property with a separate entrance. Parking is available at the foot of the accommodation. We are located in a peaceful and quiet village with all amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants...) nearby (5 km). We are in a wine region (Madiran, Pacherenc); you can taste these wines in different areas. Mountain bikers, trailers, hikers... will find their happiness.

Late in the day I requested a stay that night and Pierre and Corinne were very accommodating in the arrival time. The place was fabulous with so many great attentions to detail as well as the cool funky surroundings. The blend of farmhouse/ski chalet/musical/photographic influences blended to create a fantastic eclectic mix. And it was very comfortable. The bed was huge! My only downside was that I had to leave so early… Can’t wait to sample the breakfast when I come back next time!

Excellent stay in Aucun, Raymond and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is both charming and very well-equipped and the Val d'Azun is really beautiful! I highly recommend it!
