Very clean, pleasant, welcoming house, great calm, no vis-à-vis, the space, nice light decor, very good bedding. Everything you need to troubleshoot on arrival, cooking if you feel like it. We're fine, after busy days. Excellent contacts with Ludivine.

Charlotte and Jérôme are very welcoming and available, everything is designed to make you feel good, the rental is very functional! Convenient self check-in and check-out. The setting is very pleasant, no vis-à-vis or noise. The house is perfectly clean, the bedding comfortable. Very good stay, I recommend it!

We had a great time with the family (with two young children and our dog). The accommodation was impeccable, very clean, pleasant to stay in and perfectly as advertised. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our messages, which made our stay even more serene. Anais's cottage is really lovely! Old farm building tastefully restored. We enjoyed the large living room and cool seating area to rest, all very well equipped in simplicity. It felt like a family home where we meet! Table outside overlooking the hills and fields and even a small sheltered outdoor space to enjoy if too hot or rainy. Bucolic spirit. We had a great time at Hervé and Georgette's cottage. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, very well appointed and full of charm. We particularly appreciated the terrace with its beautiful view, the calm of the place, the bocce court and the air conditioning in the bedroom, which helped us a lot during the hot weather :) The apartment is also in a great location for exploring the area. Hervé and Georgette were extremely warm, welcoming and caring hosts. They gave us lots of good recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants and shops nearby. We felt right at home and would have stayed a few more days. We'll be happy to go back!

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and beautiful terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was ok for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, wifi is a little tight for teleworking. I recommend it.

This was a return to the Dordogne after a 25 year absence and it did not disappoint. It was a treat to stay in Ben’s wonderful property so close to the chateau at Beynac. The interior has been thoughtfully restored, remaining entirely in character with such a historic building but providing modern convenience. Its elevated position on the hillside is perfect for taking in the views and we especially enjoyed the terrace tucked at the back of La Maisonette which looks straight down and along the river. Thank you Ben - we had a great time.

A feel good experience! As a previous reviewer said, the property was hard to leave, from the great view down the valley from the elevated deck, to the super comfy, large bed. Without hesitation, would recommend it and the hosts’ hospitality. Diana & Derek

Fantastic location for exploring Bergerac. Beautiful apartment with all of the comforts and conveniences you would expect. The hot tub is a real bonus.

Well-equipped, well-arranged apartment. Very good quality of service. The only small downside, if you had to find one, is the soundproofing of the apartment.

A very nice, spacious, comfortable apartment which met all our needs. Communication was very clear and helpful. From the place you are in the middle of the city centre in about two minutes walk. Also parking instructions were very helpful. Very good price/quality, would recommend to everyone!

Claude and Marie-Christine's place is a real little haven of peace, very welcoming and responsive hosts. the little outdoor space is very nice and relaxing! Everything is done to feel at home there! nothing is missing! the environment is beautiful and absolutely quiet! it's an address that I keep precious!!

Contact was easy and smooth with Jérémy. Very smiling, punctual and clear in his explanations, he knows how to put you at ease from the start. The apartment corresponded in all respects to the description, it is modern, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and is much larger in reality. It is also very well located in Brive, the hyper center is about a ten-minute walk. Finally, the parking space is an undeniable asset.

We spent one night at Véronique's apartment to make a stop on the way to our vacation. The apartment is as described, clean and well-equipped with good bedding. The place is quiet and easy to find, upon arrival we were hosted very well by Véronique and we were able to chat together.

Location is a gated community that has a mix of residents and rentals. Beautiful countryside view. close to town. 4 minute drive to Carrefour grocery store. Steep hill down to town would be challenging for some walkers. There were a number of stone outside steps up to the apartment level. Very clean inside the apartment with comfy beds. Water power in upstairs toilette was weak. Overall a great choice in Sarlat.

Lucia's place was very spacious and very clean.well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lucia always answered. our questions within ten minutes. The best host! I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area!

Pascal welcomed us with friendliness to this accommodation which perfectly matches the description given in the listing. 5 minutes from the historic center of Sarlat, this tastefully decorated apartment has all the comforts you need for a "cozy" stay at Sandrine and Pascal's. We would come back for a future stay in this beautiful Périgord Noir.

Sarlat was special to us! With Christmas approaching, it was complete. The city is small but charming! The Christmas market, very cheerful and welcoming, made a place in our hearts! It was a great place to choose and visit numerous sites in the region. The apartment is exactly as described. The cost-benefit was valuable to us. If I had known Sarlat before, as well as the apartment, I would spend Christmas there! It would have been magical! Thanks host! I'll be back if the world doesn't end first!
