La grange du moulin: un coin nature à découvrir.

Le gîte est situé en pleine campagne à 1km300 du village de Saint Christophe. Il est entouré d un étang et de ruisseaux car se trouve dans un ancien moulin à eau. Le gîte est une ancienne grange rénovée en 2019. La décoration est simple, fonctionnelle. Le contemporain côtoie l'ancien, ce qui apporte beaucoup de charme à cet espace. Les lieux autour du gîte sont laissés à disposition des locataires. chaises longues, barbecue, campagne, étang. Le village à proximité possède une petite épicerie.

A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Light open plan downstairs with french doors to your courtyard. Each bedroom has separate private, full bathroom. Quiet hamlet setting only 8 mins to the town of Chalus and the shrine of 'Richard the Lionheart'. We have a pool, games room, playing field, and lovely woodland to walk through.
