Single-storey holiday cottage of 105 m², with no stairs, surrounded by nature with a swimming pool and private pond. Fully independent, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a garden and sunny terrace. New 8 x 4 m swimming pool, maximum depth 1.60 m, equipped with a heating cover. A temporary terrace is in place, with outdoor landscaping planned for autumn and spring. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or enjoying some quiet time alone.

Our estate of 14 hectares of garden, meadows and forests, with 2.4 km of landscaped paths will welcome you to Périgord Vert. You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. Close to downtown St Junien and Oradour-sur-Glane.

You will stay in our cottage Les Bruyères, which is our second home on our estate Les Marronniers. It is located between two other independent accommodations. This cottage is fully equipped for a holiday with family or friends. You will have access to the swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and the hot tub from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (open at certain times). Spa by reservation. You will share the garden and pool with other guests and us.

In the meantime, there is a river nearby that is suitable for swimming and easily accessible.
