The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Il est très bien desservi (Métro, tramway et bus à 5 min à pied). Tout confort : Séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre séparée avec bloc climatisation. Quiet independent studio.

Charming independent 35 m2 studio nestled in a green setting in the heart of the Plaine du Forez, in the municipality of Salvizinet located 5 minutes from the city of Feurs, with many shops and other amenities. The studio is very bright, consisting of a large living room, with a double bed as well as a sofa bed (possibility 4 beds), an equipped kitchen, shower room with toilet, TV and Wi-Fi. Guests will benefit from a terrace, access to the petanque court and an outdoor area.

In the middle of nature in an old mill, Atelier 22 is a quiet artist's open space equipped with fiber optics. Between Lyon and St-Etienne (45 min) with garden, river, pond, forest. To make music, work, daydream, coo, stroll in a green countryside (hiking, mountain biking). Free private parking, painting equipment, garden furniture, BBQ... Ideal for 2 (160 cm bed) +2 pers. on sofa bed and 2 more in the Caravan (summer). A paradise to live an authentic experience.

Small medieval triplex house

Enjoy a small cozy house on three floors in the historic center of Saint Symphorien sur Coise in the heart of the Lyonnais mountains. It has an entrance with bathroom, toilet, washing machine, a first floor where the fully equipped kitchen and sitting area are located, and a mezzanine which constitutes the bedroom. Everything is available in a cocooning chalet atmosphere ideal for a couple or single person wishing to enjoy the countless activities nearby.

We welcome you to this charming 75 m2 cottage, located 15 minutes from Feurs and Montrond-les-Bains, with a private 15 m2 southwest-facing terrace. This accommodation has been refurbished, it is composed of a living room (TVs, game console, Wi-Fi) with an equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, griddle), 2 bedrooms with storage, a bathroom and toilet. Beaupré Hut

Quietly in the Monts du Lyonnais, a pretty cabin will welcome you, on the edge of a small pond, out of sight. In the middle of the meadows, your peace and quiet is ensured. 20 m² cabin, equipped, with outdoor terrace, can accommodate 2 people (+ a young child). The bathroom (shower/toilet) is a 30-meter walk, in our house (but independent for your peace of mind). 3 min. from all amenities. Starting point for walks. Cleaning before checkout.

Air-conditioned trailer rental

Air-conditioned trailer in a large quiet property in the Lyonnais mountains with petanque court, barbecue… Private heated 10 m X 5 m swimming pool (June to September). Parking. Linens and towels provided. Private bathroom nearby (10 m). Water point in the trailer with coffee maker and kettle and fridge and small kitchen on the grounds. Breakfast included!! Important!! Regarding the pool, we disclaim all liability in case of an accident.

We will be delighted to host you in our 50 m2 apartment in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais on the heights of our small village located between Lyon and Saint Etienne. 15 km from A89 highway. Totally independent, you can park your car near the apartment, in a Secure and Closed Courtyard. Less than 500 m away, you can enjoy our restaurant, grocery store, and tobacco shop. In the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, pretty village house, on a quiet square. On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen overlooking a small terrace. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a single bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom You will be close to shops. It is also a perfect base for hiking. We will be happy to discuss tourist sites (aquatic center, etc.)
