This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Great location, just mins walk from shops and beach plus local favourite, beachfront Flat White Café. Retreat into our newly built home just minutes from Whangamatā beaches in peaceful surroundings. Relax with extensive views out toward the harbour and Coromandel ranges from the open plan living and kitchen. A great place for a wine or tea watching the sunset. We have luxury bedding and finishings throughout, plenty of space for two families, central air con in all rooms, and the practical elements of a home that we use ourselves.
