Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Absolute premium location, 2 minutes to the Isar, 9 minutes by taxi to Oktoberfest and still wonderfully quiet in the backyard. Suitable for up to 2 people, luxury mattress (€1000), Nespresso coffee machine, bathtub, the best restaurants in the immediate vicinity and many very nice cafés. One-room apartment I do have my own stuff in the flat, so it's not a "cold, professional Airbnb" 😉🤭
