Unique and cozy cottage by the lake

Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shore of clean Lake Storträsk. The yard is a peaceful and scenic place for a vacation day where neither are the neighbors in sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake scenery or the life of the forest. The sauna is right by the beach, by boat or sub-board, you can go rowing or fishing. You can always swim in the winter. The yard has a gas grill and charcoal grill, as well as a campfire site. Sheets and towels are included.

Within a 40min drive from Helsinki, Katve Nature Retreat is our family-owned hideout surrounded by clean and quiet nature and ashore a beautiful freshwater lake. We are also located just a few km from the sea and archipelago with great hiking and paddling opportunities. The Kaisla Cabin is one of our 4 cozy cabins (two cabins semidetached) each with a private sauna. By the lake you'll find an outdoor fireplace and a summer kitchen perfect for cooking by the fire and enjoying the sunsets.

This delightfully atmospheric, over 100-year-old little cottage invites you to stop for a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summertime, there are also sleeping quarters for three on the cottage. A place in the middle of nowhere, but a human distance away from multiple homes and services. The nearest shops are about a 15-minute drive and public (train) can be reached about 5km from the property.

Only 35 minutes from Helsinki, our little cottage is located in the courtyard of our home, in the middle of a wonderful lichen forest.The perfect weekend holiday destination if you want to experience a wooden private sauna and the countryside of Espoo, located within walking distance of Myllyjärvi lake.Dogs, horses, a cat and chickens live on our farm. Beautiful and cozy studio in Sarvvik, near Finnträsk lake, fully equipped with a balcony. The apartment has a 140 cm double bed, and you can get an extra mattress or a cot on the floor. The apartment has a dedicated free parking slot for car users near the entrance. The equipment also includes fast Wi-Fi, a 50" flat-screen TV and a wireless sound system. From the front of the house, you can take a bus to Matinkylä metro station/Iso Omena in 13 minutes.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a cow house, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
