Quiet and family-friendly detached house at Fløytingen 74B in Haugsbygd, with its own garden and patio with seating area. Private carport and private parking. Coop Extra convenience store, Vitus pharmacy, and bus stop within walking distance. Only 3 km to the center of Hønefoss, with shops, restaurants, and a cultural center. There is also the Kuben shopping center with about 60 stores, including restaurants. There is only a short distance to Ringkollen and Nordmarka. Next to the elementary school and daycare center, there are playgrounds with great equipment and a new pump track (bike path).

Cozy apartment with unique views of Randsfjorden and Jevnaker. Large terrace that is completely private for tenants, with good sun conditions. If you have children, they must be looked after on the stairs and on the terrace. The apartment has a living room and kitchen in one. 2 bedrooms, where the beds are 140 wide and 90 wide. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a slanted ceiling over the shower and toilet area. Here everything is arranged with bed linen and towels. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house.

Koselig hus i rolig og etablert boligfelt! Perfekt "getaway" ca 45 minutter kjøring fra Oslo. Gode bussforbindelser 10-15 min gange fra huset. Fantastisk utsikt over både Tyrifjorden og Steinsfjorden med meget gode solforhold. Stor hage med sandkasse og trampoline. Huset har 3 soverom og sovesofa om man skulle trenge flere sengeplasser.
