After spending the last few years only on Airbnb and having great experiences, we have decided to share our seldom used apartment with dear guests. For this reason, a complete core renovation took place. It is all newly furnished including kitchen and bathroom. 1 room apartment with private entrance, small kitchenette with all necessary appliances and bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities including Dolce Gusto Pad coffee maker and coffee and tea for the first breakfast available. All utensils for cooking and baking including stove and oven. Toaster, kettle, glasses and dishes as well as kitchen towels, Spüli etc. .... everything needed. Should something be needed again, of course we will try to help! Bathroom with walk-in shower and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper available. 1 double bed Dimensions 160 x 200 cm 1 sofa bed 145 x 192 cm on request, so 4 people could be accommodated in the room. If you book up to 2 people, the double bed is always prepared! Sofa bed only on request for the 2nd person as it has to be pulled out and prepared! It is a 30sqm 1 room apartment/condo. There is no separate bedroom. Our modern 2-room non-smoking apartment (54m²) is located on the ground floor of an 8-family house in Hattersheim, centrally located between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz on the S1 railway line, which is only 500 meters away. The airport (FRA) can be reached in 15 minutes. The fully tiled apartment with underfloor heating includes a large terrace and an underground car park. You can find additional parking spaces in the surrounding area. WLAN is available free of charge for the Internet access.

My apartment is near Frankfurt Airport (25 min.), 20 to the exhibition center and good connection to the city with its range of art and culture. You will love the apartment because of the cozy and modern atmosphere, location in nature, private seclusion. My accommodation is particularly attractive for business travelers who don't feel like staying in the same hotel over and over again; for couples who want to discover Frankfurt or for single travelers with a sense of style and tranquillity.

Unser Haus liegt zentral im Rhein-Main Gebiet. Der Flughafen, Frankfurt mit der Messe, sowie Mainz und Wiesbaden sind gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze vor dem Haus und der Bus in etwa 300m Entfernung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Souterrain mit eigenem Zugang von außen. Alle Zimmer haben Tageslicht, allerdings ohne Aussicht. Sie betreten den Gästebereich in einem kleinen Flur, in dem die kleine Küchenzeile integriert ist. Von dem Flur geht sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Duschbad ab.

A sofa bed (130 × 200 cm) is available in the living room. We are happy to provide a crib. Ideal for families, business travelers and groups.

Gardenview

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

My boathouse - time out without other guests

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

The location is ideal. The next bus stop is a minute away, train station is an 8 minute walk. Either way, you'll be at the airport in less than 10 minutes and Frankfurt or Mainz City are about 20 minutes away.

With more that thwo people staying at our apartment, the couch turns into a bed for one or two people. In the summer months when it gets hot in the apartment we also offer an AC.
