A living room and a complete kitchen. In our bedroom with mural, there is room for two people. The house is also equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Location In a lovely quiet place in the hamlet of Wolbert, located in the outskirts of the municipality of Heerde, is our bed and breakfast "de Wolbert" The surroundings of the Wolbert are characterized on the east side by an open meadow and natural landscape as well as the IJssel with its floodplains, On the west side are the Veluwe forests and vast heathlands.
