Apartment vacation rentals in San Juan

To begin, we requested early check in last minute and we were accommodated free of charge. Later we had a few questions and they were answered within minutes. The gate adds a layer of privacy and security that reassured our safety. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Had a great stay. Comfortable for one or two. Hosts responded quickly and are very friendly. This was my second time staying at this location.

Great facilities and location.

Fernando’s & Lillian’s place was the perfect spot to settle down for a weekend in San Juan. The location itself was pretty convenient and centered from all the attractions. The space was perfect for me and 2 friends, can probably accommodate 4 tops. The value of the space is totally worth it along with how convenient the location is! Lillian is responsive and friendly, would highly recommend staying here if you’re here for a little trip!

Excellent host. Beautiful and modern apartment. Excellent location, very centric of San Juan and tourism locations in the metropolitan area. Very nice and clean. Definitively I will come again.

I had a perfect stay. This is my second time staying at Fernando and Lilian house, and is as described, clean, bright and quiet surroundings/neighborhood. Same as first time felt very secluded, private parking, and main places are were very close by. Fernando/Lilian are great host and very quick to response. we'd love to come back! Highly recommend to anyone, and will definitely be back again!

I loved everything about the place! Nice and spacious, with a nice view of the sunset from the balcony. I stayed here for three months and absolutely loved it. Closet was super spacious and had plenty of room for all of my clothes, my boyfriends and some extra things we had. The only unfortunate thing was that the balcony was no longer covered, even though it appeared that way in the pictures. But balcony was spacious and had great views!! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great place, and great host

Voy a poner esto: The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great spot—really close to Hato Rey, the airport, and The Mall of San Juan, so getting around in Uber was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and chill, which was a big plus. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. Honestly, everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Would totally stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very clean place and comfortable

I loved this Airbnb, it's super cute and cozy. The space feels very comfortable and has a very relaxing vibe. The area is quite quiet, with a little traffic but nothing that disturbs you. I had a little mix-up with the entrance because the host changes the code to leave the key often, but he answered me very quickly (in less than 2 minutes) and we solved it without a problem. Overall, it was a great stay. I highly recommend it!

This home is one that comfortably accommodates one traveler, friends that can share a bed, or a couple. The host is communicative, the back yard is relaxing, and the bed is comfortable. The location of the Airbnb is close to the train station, grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and the Plaza de las Americas. If you have a vehicle, then the beach is an easy and scenic drive from the home. Have fun!

I stayed at this apartment for over 2 weeks and would have stayed a bit longer, but it was already booked! Comfortable and cozy apartment, just as described. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Go for a walk any time, lots of people walking their dogs always. Nice 10-15 minute walk from planet fitness and grocery store. 15-20 mins drive to Condado, and right near major expressways. Clean with very new linens on every bed. Great A/C. 2nd floor (only 1 flight of stairs!), well stocked cookware and appliances. Would definitely book again. :)

Absolutely wonderful stay. Very responsive host and very proactive. The location is wonderful and surrounded by many good spots and easy to travel from.

Although we only spent a night at the apt, the place exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, accessible, comfortable and just all around great! Check in and check out were seemless and communication with orlando was smooth and timely. Rio Piedras isn’t generally a destination but given whats in the immediate walkable vicinity and its accessibility to other places in San Juan, i would definitely recommend it! The views from the apartment are great and the building itself is well kept. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Just as indicated perfect stay with kids and wife beatiful patio with exelent view. Super clean and comfortable.jhensen was always very responsive in case we needed any help we even added an aditional day. Would stay again in ant moment. Great place!

The stay was better than expected, Luis was very responsive and helpful. He recommended things to do and places to eat. The place was very nice, loved the birds and butterflies. The outdoor space was private which allowed for you and your spouse to be free to use it as you see fit. One thing I didn’t expect that was very appreciative was the stocked fridge with waters, beer and soda. We will be visiting again in the future.

You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and reserve again. Thank you! Michelle and I loved it and felt very safe. We had an awesome stay!!
