Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This property is located near Plaza Las Americas Mall, Choliseo, Eco's sports complex, principal highways, 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Condado and Isla Verde beaches, 10 minutes to the Old San Juan and Coca Cola Music Hall. It's a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has an equipment kitchen, microwave, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups. The bathroom has towels, shampoo and conditioner.

Urban Encanto- Apt near aiport

Amazing view apartment close to airport and many interest places like Plaza las Americas, Mall of San Juan and Isla Verde Beach. This cozy apartment has everything you need to have the amazing stay. One spacious bedrooms include a queen bed, the work station, closet, air conditioner and remodeled bathroom with cabin shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment includes one basement parking for regular cars and SUV. For bigger trucks there is safe street parking in front of the building.

Lush Intimate Private Secure Suite- San Juan

There is a private side entrance to the left side of the front of the house. You’ll notice a white gate with a lockbox where the key for the unit will be. Upon entering the property you’ll walk thru a lush tropical garden full of beautiful plants flowers and fruit trees down a walk way. Once you reach the patio you will see an outdoor shower for rinsing if you’ve just returned from the beach. Inside you’ll find a comfortable bed and brand new kitchen, bathroom and a couch to relax and watch TV.
