This is a cute little beach house just a minute away from a beautiful quiet beach. We were here in June and had the beach basically to ourselves. There are not a lot of food options or 7 eleven near by. But the trade off is it is quiet and not touristy. Grab has a hard time finding it so I provide them with photos of the turn off from the main road. Overall, it was the perfect size for 2 of us. please note, no air con in main living area, but it works fine in the bedrooms. The porch is nice with a big fan in the evening for a drink or quiet time. This was just what I needed to relax. Thanks!

Really enjoyed my time here, so decided to also try out this place which is next-doors. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, new, and modern. The host was kind, communicative, and made sure I had everything I needed before arrival. Everything was straightforward and easy, which made the stay feel smooth. I'd happily stay again and would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful place.

I was in SE Asia for five weeks and wanted a good finale to my trip. Romans bungalow is right on the beach a couple of steps away from the ocean and was perfect to destress. There's some good restaurants in the area including a German run bar in the sand two doors down and I highly recommend the food. The room is exactly as the pictures show, a nice space with all the amenities you might need save laundry. I would %100 stay with Roman again if I'm in this part of Thailand.

I can’t express it in words - this place is a sanctuary!! It is so clean and maintained. You are surrounded by the incredible jungle and palm trees (yes nature sounds included which i loved!!) you cannnot see or hear a single neighbour and there is honestly hardly ever traffic, cant hear anything other then beautiful rain (when it does) and insects, birds! Great undercover balcony! Not to mention the view!! You see Koh tao when it’s clear (i did everyday in may!) Natty and Joffrey go ABOVE & BEYOND to help and to explain everything and give local knowledge. They booked a taxi for me from the airport to the home, my driver Youi was so beautiful! Nice to see a woman taxi driver. They helped me with a scooter accident, let me store luggage, they are honestly the most helpful and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had! I really didn’t want to leave. This place is something very special and for the ridiculously low price you’d be silly to not!! Maenam is way better spot too, less touristy!

Couldn’t be more wonderful… Dave greeted us at the beautiful house and gave us such great tips on the restaurants in the local area and places we should visit. His recommendations were fabulous. The house is equipped so well, is clean and in a perfect location. The outside area and pool were secluded and a great way to relax after a day exploring. Absolutely perfect. The villa was beautiful and the staff were just as amazing. I was worried about the location being a distance from the beaches and excursions but Jook and the "team" became more like family/friends. Always there there and reliable. Couldn't ask for more from the host. Our best AirBNB ever. :)
