very nice cozy apartment with a great location. 2 parkings nearby (one open and one underground), a supermarket just across the road, and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Aachen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gerade der kleine Wintergarten lädt sehr zum Entspannen ein. Zu Fuß ist man in ca 10-15 min in der Innenstadt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war eine Baustelle in der Straße, sodass man nicht auf dem direkten Weg in die Straße reinfahren konnte und man ein bisschen außen herum fahren musste. Parken konnten wir auch ca 5 min von der Wohnung kostenlos. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Very nice house and a comfortable stay. Mr. Pierre was very responsive and available by phone to help. He also arranged a parking reservation on short notice. Definitely worth staying!

Had a great stay at Flo and Elo's. Lovely and clean , peaceful location, hosts were very friendly and accommodating, only 15 min drive from Spa circuit. Would definitely stay again!

Dit verblijf was heerlijk. Het huisje zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de omgeving is prachtig. Vanuit het verblijf heb je toegang tot verschillende wandel en mountainbike paden. De host is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. Wij hebben een top week gehad!

Thomas was heel makkelijk te bereiken, reageerde snel op berichten, gaf veel informatie mee over de stad (bars, restaurants, parkeerplaats,...) en was flexibel bij het inchecken. De ruimte was heel proper, mooi ingericht en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. De locatie is relatief rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij het centrum. Top verblijf gehad!

Der Check-In über eine Schlüsselbox hat prima geklappt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt in den schönen, sehr sauberen und gut ausgestattetem Appartement. Am besten war natürlich der wunderschöne Erker über der Sambre mit toller Aussicht auf die Zitadelle. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! Corinne hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Die Kommunikation war bestens! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Wij hebben genoten van het stijlvolle ingerichte appartement wat van alle gemakken is voorzien! We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen door Bob en zouden zo nog een keer terug komen.

It is a nicely decorated apartment, in a quiet area. There are plants in the house and it is equipped with all comforts. Nature reserve Platwijers is nearby (approx. 1 km) and Fabian provides you with brochures with beautiful cycling routes. Health food store Bio-planet is approx. 3 km, the Trixxo theater approx. 5 km. Fabian himself was not present, but was very friendly and helpful from a distance.

Gezellige, nette studio met terras waar je kan genieten van het avondzonnetje. Kort bij het centrum ( +/- 8 min wandelen). Een bakker op het gelijkvloersvloers van de blok ( heeft ook charcuterie, handig). Wij hadden een top winkelweekend.

Die Unterkunft war super, und Olivier ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. In weniger als 10min ist man in der Stadt, und auch die Autobahn ist nah - ich bin zur Rennstrecke Spa-Francorchamps gefahren und der Weg war sehr schnell. Gerne wieder!

Wat een leuk en mooi appartement! Alles is perfect tot in het detail! Matthiece reageert altijd meteen en is echt een geweldige host! Vanaf nu weet ik waar naartoe als ik in Limburg wil zijn! Een echte aanrader!!

Snelle en vlotte communicatie. Een vriendelijke, persoonlijke ontvangst. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Mooi uitzicht, gemakkelijk en dicht parkeren. Dicht bij centrum, alle te voet bereikbaar. Aanrader.

This apartment is very pleasant and in a very convenient location to the center plaza/market. The kitchen is very well equipped, except maybe for no toaster, that I found. The whole place has a modern and comfortable feel and the small outdoor space is definitely a big plus, as I thoroughly enjoy some fresh air to chill in. I was a little concerned about the bedroom being up front by the street, but there didn't seem to be much traffic, so it was not a problem for me. Parking is a bit challenging, but it's possible to park for free between 6pm and 9am, for a fee other times or for free all the time at a lot that's about a 10 minute walk away. Bathroom is also a nice space, I only wish I had had time to use the tub - guess I'll have to come back! :))

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisches Wochenende – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in Andreas’ traumhafter Wohnung. Von Anfang an hat er sich als perfekter Gastgeber erwiesen – freundlich, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Highlight: modern, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Jacuzzi und der Außenbereich haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht – perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Andreas, für deine Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

I was there with a friend of me. This beautiful place is so good to relax and calm down. The furniture is selected with a love to details and we really liked this place. Clementine as host was a realy lovely person and always kind and helpful. We would recommend to everyone to stay for a while in this little Paradies.We are looking forward to come back one day

Uiterst vriendelijke host. Reageert zo goed al direct op berichten. Je voelt je direct thuis. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt: pannen, koffie, bbq, genoeg handdoeken, badjassen, slippers. Wellness zeer goed, zeer proper, rustig. Een oase als het ware. Ik raad het iedereen aan!!

Een super Appartement en een hele vriendelijke host. Alles was erg school en het rook overal lekker. Rituals producten waren erg fijn, net als de badjassen (iets te klein wel:) en de keukenspullen. Fijne jacuzzi en sauna (al zou ik die liever in de grote slaapkamer gehad hebben en voor 2 personen was gezelliger we geweest). Flesje bubbels bij aankomst was erg attent. De bank zit erg lekker en overal stonden kaarsjes dus het was erg gezellig in de avond.

endroit vraiment magnifique! décoré avec goût, très propre, fonctionnel avec tout le confort. la cuisine et les salles de bains sont plus que équipées. des tas de petites marques d'attentions sont présentes dans toutes les pièces pour qu'on se sente vraiment chez nous. la communication avec Sarah passe très bien, elle répond rapidement à nos messages et essaie de nous satisfaire au mieux. nous recommandons ++++ et nous reviendrons

Die Unterkunft ist zwar recht kompakt, aber ist es alles da was man braucht. Ist für ein Kurztrip gut geeignet und zur Entspannung.

Très bel appartement, très propre, très bien équipé. Belle décoration, beau jardin, jacuzzi chaud et bien propre...tout est parfait! Dominique est très souriant, très accueillant. Je recommande!
