The terrace by the living room invites you to have breakfast and relax. Everyone is welcome here. We also look forward to children. The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

Vacation home / fitter's apartment

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. Vacation apartment on the farm

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is an apartment in the countryside, there are of course also some flies and mosquitoes. A bottle of mosquito spray is therefore not a bad companion.

Lovely apartment with large garden on the outskirts

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
