The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV included. Fire TV and much more ensure a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it gets a bit cramped and is more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A baby or child travel cot, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs for children, can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Altenboitzen impresses with its quiet location without main roads but still with a very good connection to the A27 highway in the direction of Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg. This self-contained apartment is ideal for use as a short stay, vacation or by arrangement for a longer-term accommodation or as a fitter's apartment.

The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is an apartment in the countryside, there are of course also some flies and mosquitoes. A bottle of mosquito spray is therefore not a bad companion.
