Beautiful 32 m2 cottage on the garden level in a restored old house with lots of charm, with terrace and garden. 25 km from the beaches, in the countryside on the heights of the village of Hasparren 5 minutes from the city center. Very peaceful place with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains (La Rhune, the Ursuya mountains, Baigura, Iparla, Pic d'Orhy and the Pyrenees chain) located next to the Marmau cultural trail, classified as a Natura 2000 area, ideal for forest excursions on foot or by mountain bike.

A welcoming entrance area is featured, with a stone patio and colorful planters. There are several seating options, including chairs and a bench. The architecture showcases a traditional style with red shutters, complemented by a grassy area and nearby structures.
