The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

Det lille hus er udstyret med det mest basale - og I kan låne babyseng og højstol, lille gasgrill samt tilkøbe tøjvask m.m. Vær obs på at sengen (140x200 cm) står inde i en alkove, så man skal ind i sengen fra fodenden af... Der må ikke medbringes dyr. Inden ankomst modtager I parkeringsvejledning. På gensyn Finn og Merethe samt vores søde kæle gårdhund Cassie.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Huset består af 2 små entréer, lyst køkken-alle rum med tilhørende stue, badeværelse og 2 soveværelser. Der er 5 sovepladser i boligen. Her er god plads inde og ude. Til huset hører 2 mindre haver. De er ikke indhegnet med hegn, men hæk ud til vejen. Der er en stor hyggelig gårdsplads, med havemøbler og grill til.
