Architect-designed low-energy house in wood from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is located in an unspoiled area with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

There's plenty of room both inside and outside, you have the forest right outside the door and 700m to the sea. The river runs in the backyard, which is overgrown with fruit trees and bushes and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites you to long walks and runs, beach swimming, picnics, sunsets and holidays. Enjoy the summer with your family in this lovely villa in Rønne, a few minutes' walk from the forest and beach. The house is located in a peaceful and child-friendly neighborhood overlooking nature. Nearby are shopping, cafes and playgrounds. The house is conveniently furnished and contains the facilities that make everyday life easy. The house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed as well as two children's rooms with bunk beds and box mattress. The house also houses a large utility room, newer kitchen, bathroom and two toilets.

Child-friendly detached house. Fenced gardens with play facilities, large south/west facing terrace and indoors we have both a fireplace room decorated as a play arena and a playroom. In addition, we have a baby travel cot. In the bedroom is a large 2x3 meter bed. We have a sauna. Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols and awning. You can park in our carport. Please note! We have two cats that can be kept out with closed doors + three rabbits that may need to have their food and drink bowls refilled during the stay.

When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, water, forest and hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

Nyd en fantastisk ferie i det maleriske fiskeleje Melsted. Bo i absolut fred og ro, et stenkast fra en dejlig strand og kun en kilometer fra Gudhjems pulserende herrligheder. Vores dejlige købmandsgård på 180m2 har god plads for op til 8 gæster. En 2000 m2 stor og helt lukket have indbyder til hygge og leg samt skønne grill aftener under parasollen. Huset har godt lys og oser af dejlig stemning. I vil elske at slænge jer i den store bløde sofa eller hygge i de lækre chesterfield møbler.

140 sqm house with 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom, spread over 3 floors and a small annex. Our house is located in the first row directly facing east and the sunrise. Our small town is called Aarsdale and contains both Mikkeller Bar and Gorms Pizza, and is even only 3.5 km south of Svaneke. We have a sit-on-top kayak in the garage incl. life jackets that may be used. In addition, we have a trampoline in our lovely wild garden, and a ping-pong table in our basement.
