Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (about 15 minutes). Downtown Osnabrück is about a 15 - 20 minute walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts live in the same house and are available for questions.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

This beautiful non-smoking apartment is 39 square meters and is located in the attic on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It has one bedroom, a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a small bathroom with window. My place is good for couples and business travelers and visitors to the university/college. The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. There is a garden with terrace and also a grill available on request. From the south terrace you can see over fields to the nearby Wiehn Mountains.
