Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The renovated apartment has 1 cozy living room, 1 spacious dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a modern kitchen. In about 10 minutes you can reach downtown Wernigerode, the market square with the town hall and the many restaurants and shops. The bathing establishment is opposite, and the swimming pool is about 400 meters away.

From this centrally but quietly located accommodation you are quickly on foot in the forest (10 min) , in the city center (10 min) , at the castle (20 min), at the stops of the Harzquerbahn (10 min). Supermarket and bus stops are also nearby (3 min). You live on the 3rd floor of a 140-year-old half-timbered house with beautiful views.
