Vacation rentals with lake access in Harwich

The house is located centrally to many popular areas on the Cape, very convenient. The yard is great and having a fire pit makes for a nice relaxing end to a busy day. The host was very friendly and responsive to most questions asked.

Jen’s house was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear just how much love and care has gone into every detail. The photos already convey a warm, inviting vibe, but somehow being there in person is even better – which seems impossible, but it’s true!Also, the place was spotless and beautifully maintained. I was delighted by the fact that it was super clean and well-equipped. Also, Jen herself was wonderful – responsive, kind, and full of great recommendations. Every place she suggested to eat or explore was spot on. We especially loved the nearby Snowy Owl Coffee around the corner. The location of the house was also perfect: central enough to easily reach spots like Chatham, Harwich, and more, yet tucked away right next to a nature reserve, so it felt peaceful and private. One unexpected highlight were the bunnies, beautiful birds (incl. a hummingbird!) and calming nature sounds that we soaked up while sitting on the deck and in the kitchen or livingroom.

What a wonderful house to rent! It's in a perfect location, right in the middle of South Dennis less than a 5 minute drive to supermarkets and specialty food stores. It's also an easy drive to beaches on the north and south shores of the Cape. The house is exactly as described and shown in photos. The kitchen is as well stocked as any rental I've ever come across with every kind of cook and dining utensil you can imagine. The space is incredibly clean and comfortable. You instantly feel like you are at home. The back yard is perfect for eating any meal or sitting around the outdoor fire pit at night. And don't forget to take advantage of the wonderful outdoor shower. Marsha was so welcoming, always responsive and an all-around fantastic host. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!!

Tracy’s home was absolutely perfect for our group attending a local wedding. The home was large, and we had plenty of space for 10 guests! Tracy was extremely communicative and proactive and made sure our entire trip was perfect! Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering a cape trip. Thank you again, Tracy!

The host was friendly and responds fast. The house has clean, comfortable, and located in a nice neighborhood. We had two cars and parking was very easy at this house. The host provided a binder with recommendations of places and restaurants to visit, which ended up being super helpful. There are many grocery stores, beaches, and shopping centers within a 10 minute drive from this location so it was perfect!

We rented Tom’s house for a month and throughout that time Tom was super responsive and helpful. The home is in a quiet centrally located area with amazing beaches, shopping and access to both highways and backroads nearby. As a bonus the bike paths of Dennis and the rail trail are a cinch to get to. We loved our quick drives or rides over to multiple beautiful beaches for our nightly sunsets.

Great spot to stay in Dennis. Quiet street , easy to get everywhere. The home was comfortable, very clean and fenced in yard was lovely. Amy was kind and communicative. Would love to stay here again next time we're back in the area.

Marie's place is delightful. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and sunny while still maintaining privacy. Her communication is excellent; she is incredibly helpful and responds quickly to any questions.

probably the best airbnb experience I've ever had. Jean was a fabulous and responsive host and the airbnb was very well stocked and super comfortable. Loved the porch!! Would 100% return.

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

We are already planning to return next year. This house was magical - the big open main room space with a lovely view of the pond was so relaxing to be in, we didn't want to leave. But the opportunity for our dog, Rooster, to go swimming steps from the house was a powerful draw to head outside. This is an area for people who like their privacy, nature and a quick walk to pristine and wild beaches. The simple-but-well appointed kitchen is perfect for spending time apart from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and enjoying good meals and great meals. Provincetown was :30 away and two great cafes (one French and the other the Salty Market) were about :15 away.

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

Kathy was a wonderful host and the place was amazing. I will simply say I did not want to leave!

Excellent communication with KampKelley from check-in to check-out. House was just as advertised. Setting was peaceful and scenic and provided easy and convenient access to town when we wanted. Great spot to relax either inside or out. Will definitely consider this location again on a return visit.

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

Carol is a great host. We had a small issue with the front door screen locking up and she came over right away and let us in. She is very responsive and responsible. I forgot my medication when I left and she was kind enough to mail it back to me immediately. She has a been a great host and I hope more hosts are like Carol. It rained the whole time we were there so we did not get a chance to check out the lakes around there but I am sure they are great. There is a mall near by with bowling so we did that instead. House very comfortable feels like home I will recommend it to my relatives and friends and, Elizabeth is very nice and very helpful thank you so much for all your help Elizabeth till next time.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days during MDW and it was great. Andrew is a very responsive and friendly host and the cottage itself was perfect. It’s steps away from the nearby pond, which is a beautiful spot to have your morning coffee. The cottage is also in walking distance to Mac’s Chatham Fish & Lobster, good ice cream, bike rentals, downtown Chatham, etc. Definitely would recommend this spot and stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at May's place while visiting family on Cape Cod. As described, it's a cozy little cottage, which was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Most of our time was spent on the delightful patio. A short night-time walk to the pond was exceptional with moon light reflecting off the water. Next time we're on the Cape, we definitely return.

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

We had a great time staying at Sam and Tom’s! It was so peaceful, had great amenities, and they were super responsive. There are a lot of great things to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again!
