Relax in this apartment newly furnished in 2024 on our Heerserheide farm. With sheep and chicken, you can relax here and enjoy the greenery. The apartment is located about 5 km outside the center of Bad Salzuflen in Holzhausen and is about 2 km from the exhibition center. Therefore, it is also particularly suitable for trade fair exhibitors or visitors. Holzhausen offers an ideal starting point to reach places like Detmold, Porta, Bielefeld or the highway as quickly as possible.

You will live in a house in a listed half-timbered complex from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with a fitness room, cinema, gazebo and an unobstructed view of the Teutoburg Forest. Full kitchen, infrared sauna, cozy room with oven and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Meadow in front of the house for your own use. Children and pets welcome. Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

The 54 m² centrally located apartment is cozy and rustic and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).

Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
