Entire house near Hanover / Messe

Hello, we are a family-run property in Hannover Messe near. Our rental is mainly aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are located near Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly characterized by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hanover. Despite the good accessibility of the fairgrounds and the center of Hanover, our property offers you the necessary tranquility at the same time.

Attic apartment with 45 m², 20 minutes by car to the trade fair.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by car.

Central flat (free parking & relaxed sleeping)

Very centrally located accommodation. The city of Hildesheim is an 8-minute walk, the main train station in 5 minutes. The Hannover Messe can be reached in about 30 minutes. The highway is also just 5 minutes away. The bedroom is very quiet, so you won't be disturbed by car noise or the like. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. Both rooms have ceiling lights with integrated fans to allow a fresh breeze in the summer.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

In the middle of Hildesheim (Designer apartment)

In our very quiet, renovated designer apartment (16sqm) with a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and separate access, kitchenette (NO stove or microwave available , sink in the bathroom), Smart TV, Telekom Entertain with replay function, Internet / WLAN 50GB (separate Ethernet connection available) and view into a park-like garden you live in the heart of Hildesheim. Smoking is strictly prohibited!

Countryside getaway for 4 people

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. An approx. 60 m² apartment awaits you in the quiet village of Hüddessum. The apartment is located with another apartment in a quiet spacious house. 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, a kitchen and a bathroom make the apartment a feel-good place for a break in the countryside. Opposite the apartment is our farm and the fallow deer and goose pasture.

Tiny House "Zirbe" by the lake with sauna

Cozy cottage for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

A cozy non-smoking apartment awaits you in Hildesheim's Südstadt. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a basically quiet 4-family house - but it is a normal house with everyday life in and around it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need and leaves room for what you bring yourself. If something is still missing: we have a good house community :-)
