Welcome to this idyllic old farmhouse on Tjeldøya. The northern Light can be seen right outside the door and during the summermonths one can see cruiseboats on the Tjeldsund strait. The house is close to the sea, and the island is perfect for hikes in the mountains. You can fish cod, Salmon, makrell or flatfish - and if lucky you may ser the whales or some of the majestic eagles that habitates in this area. I år er det kanskje spesielt attraktiv å kunne komme til Bjørklund gård ifm Norgesferie.

Godt utgangspunkt for fjelltur eller tur på kyststien som ligger rett nedenfor hytta. Gå på oppdagelsesferd i bunkerser fra andre verdenskrig på nedlagte Nes fort, eller sjekk ut helleristninger i gåavstand fra hytta. Fine små strender, og mulighet for bading, fridykking og padling (hvis du har egen kajakk med deg). Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin eller vaskemaskin på hytta. Det er egen parkeringsplass. Hytten leies ut i sommerhalvåret,

And after a day out, you can enjoy your coffee watching the amazing scenes of the gateway to the famous Lofoten and Vesterålen area.
